Image Effects > Highlight Image
It makes any images appear dull before the mouse moves over it; as the mouse moves over it, the image gradually changes to its original appearance.
Here's how to make a highlight image:
1. Select Ready-to-use Javascripts from the Insert menu, and select Highlight Image from the list on the left hand side.
2. Click the Browse... button and select an image from your computer's hard drive.
3. Click the OK button.
